We have come to understand that Christian growth may be understood in stages or seasons as a person progresses toward full maturity in Christ: Sharing, Connecting,
Ministering and Discipling.
Sharing is the season is which you first begin to learn about God’s love and grace for you. We seek to share God’s Good News whenever you invite us into that level of
relationship.
Connecting is the season is which you find meaning in relationships with God and other believers. This stage or season involves participating in deep relationships with other believers and with God’s Word –Bible instruction and accountability are important goals of this stage.
Ministering takes place as you begin to seriously serve God’s Mission by being in relationships that give concert expression to serving other people.
Discipling is the season in which you help other believers become disciple makers. We believe the mission of God is to reach the whole world one person at a time. That means that every believer must grow to a level of being able to help other people become disciple makers.
